Program
We shall review Ehlers-Pirani-Schild formulation for GR and apply it to extended gravitational theories.EPS formulation is an axiomatic formulation of geometry of spacetime which is particularly suitable to discuss the relation betweengeometrical quantities and observation.We shall also condider applications to cosmological theories and discuss interpretation and tests.Suggested readings and bibliography
